And, so it seems, it is. <BR/><BR/>It's always good to view such reports with a critical eye. <BR/><BR/>But it's also good to keep in mind that some of these disabilities, are in fact, disabilities. What cripples one person may not cripple another. <BR/><BR/>But, I agree: when it comes to psychological issues, there's a lot of gray area. Labeling someone as disabled because they sometimes suffer depression is a slippery slope.
